Dr. Shefali Raj, an esteemed Educationist for three decades, dons’ multiple roles as an Entrepreneur, Linguist, Life Coach, and Career & Image Consultant.
Recognized with a Governor's medal for Excellence in Education and honored as a Career Guru by a reputed Media House, she boasts accolades like the Rani Lakshmi Bai Outstanding Woman Award, Ficci Flo Award in the Corporate Director category, Brand Kanpur Award, and Nari Sashaktikaran Samman. Actively contributing to public- private partnerships in education in association with India Today Group.
She played a key role in Uttar Pradesh's talent mining initiatives with UP Govt. Her social Work with various city administration include projects like Kanpur Vision 2047, Kanpur Darshan, Jail Cafe, Good Samaritan, Swachh Bharat, and Digital Literacy.
Her inaugural venture, "Speakwel - The Lifestyle School," initiated at 21, holds a significant reputation. Associated with organizations like Kanpur Municipal Corporation, PepsiCo, and more, Dr. Shefali's sessions on Career Counseling, Soft Skills, Life Skills, and Leadership Development are highly acclaimed. Her business venture Rakan Skills engages her in skill development through NSDC, PMKVY, and UPSDM.
A sought-after speaker at forums like Tedx, India Today, and numerous national and international conferences, she served as Vice President of NHRD, Lucknow Chapter, and a member of CII. Currently an Independent Director with Jakson Ltd, she previously played a pivotal role as Managing Director with PSIT Group of Colleges, transforming its brand image and positioning it as a corporate destination.
Beyond her professional journey, Dr. Shefali's diverse interests include Fashion & Textile Designing. A YWCA Member, a First-Degree Reiki healer, and a contributor to Braille literacy and drug addicts' rehabilitation, she leads the NGO "ARTH," funding academic and vocational education for underprivileged girls. Recognized by the Honorable Governor of UP for her charity work, she actively promotes social awareness activities through Nukkad Natak and Debates & Discussions to inspire the youth. She is celebrated as a Youth Icon, embodying the philosophy of "Doing What She Loves and Loving What She Does," urging everyone to celebrate the occasion called LIFE.

I started 'Speakwel' in the year 1992. During the past two decades, this name has held, almost a sacred significance for all those having load full of capabilities, but lack of confidence. Speakwel is the institution which has rendered continuous dedicated service through ENGLISH SPEAKING COURSES, SPEAKTECH. Thus, I proudly claim the success in moulding the individuality of career seekers who were doubtful, homemakers who were shy, big bosses who lacked the power instinct, as well as ordinary men, who lacked the courage to become a face in the crowd. Now, we even send people abroad.
